I35

Infiniti's plusher equivalent to the mid-size Nissan Maxima sedan delivers added exterior styling flashiness and a few additional features. Continuing with only few changes for 2005, the I35 combines good acceleration and crisp cornering abilities with a fairly smooth ride and a comfortable interior. The I35's 255-horsepower 3.5-liter V-6 is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission, and the car rides on 17-inch wheels and tires. Four-wheel-disc anti-lock brakes with electronic brakeforce distribution, front-side airbags and traction control all come standard. A long list of included amenities ranges from automatic air conditioning to a Bose stereo, power sunroof and rear sunshade, keyless entry, automatic headlamps, a garage-door opener, fog lights, and alloy wheels. Heated front and rear seats are optional, along with a satellite navigation system and either XM or Sirius satellite radio.
