While most Dodge Sprinters are sold as commercial vehicles, this eccentrically styled tall van, built in Europe by Mercedes-Benz, is also available in passenger versions. It rides on a choice of three wheelbases and offers two roof heights. A 64-inch roof height is standard while a 73-inch roof-tall enough for six-footers to stand up in - comes with the high-roof model. The Sprinter is powered by an in-line five-cylinder turbodiesel engine and offers seating for as many as ten passengers. An Electronic Stability Program was introduced last year for 2500 models. Few updates are anticipated for 2005.
