The DB9 is an exotic two-plus-two high-performance GT powered by a 6.0-liter V-12 engine developing 450 horsepower. The DB9 replaced the DB7 in Aston's lineup and in its current form is capable of close to 190 mph on the top end. It is available in both hardtop coupe and Volante convertible forms, assembled largely by hand—and features an aluminum-bonded frame, carbon fiber driveshaft, 19-inch rims and exterior paint and interior color-keyed to the customer's individual specifications. As a relatively new model for Aston Martin, the DB9 enters 2007 with minimal changes.
