With less than two weeks before the official full reveal at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show, Buick has revealed two additional teaser photos of its all-new 2013 Buick Encore compact crossover.
As we reported earlier, the new small Buick crossover bears some resemblance to its larger brother, the Buick Enclave seven-passenger SUV, specifically in the blue accented projector-beam headlamps and other Buick styling cues.

Each week a new section of the Encore is revealed on the Buick Facebook fan page, with the final section appearing there the morning of the world premiere in Detroit January 10.
As our sister publication TheCarConnection points out, glancing at the three teaser photos released thus far reveals some features either standard or available. These include wraparound taillights, roof rails, chrome trim around the windows, aerodynamic door-mounted side mirrors and a slightly sculpted hood.
What else do we know? Buick has stated that the Encore will be a five-passenger crossover and will also feature the brand’s Quiet Tuning technology. Expect similar feature packages and options available on current Buick products.
The 2012 Detroit Auto Show promises to be full of exciting product debuts, including the all-new 2013 Dodge Dart compact sedan, the all-new 2013 Cadillac ATS compact luxury sedan, the redesigned 2013 Acura RDX crossover, Nissan Pathfinder concept and others. As always, we’ll bring you up-to-date coverage of the goings-on here and through our sister sites TheCarConnection and MotorAuthority.
