Automakers are trying to get creative in all sorts of new ways each day on social media, and Nissan has just launched a very creative new campaign. What typically happens if you post a comment, picture, or question on a brand's Facebook fan page? Do you get a response? What if that fan page talked back, literally?
That's exactly what Nissan has done by introducing the Voice of Nissan. Starting last week, the Voice of Nissan has started responding to select fan posts, pictures, and comments with a personalized voice response. The response is recorded and posted as a link in a response to the fan's post.
The big question is: Who is the Voice of Nissan?
