While we know the world is blowing up with BMW i news, we didn't want people to forget about good old V-8s. From the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro to the Dodge Challenger and Chevrolet Corvette, there is no shortage of options when shopping for a high-horsepower, low-dollar car. The horsepower wars are back, and better than ever. Need four doors? Go get a new Dodge Charger or the Chrysler 300C. Both feature a 5.7-Liter Hemi V-8. Pony car more your style? Each of the Big Three in Detroit offer the same nameplate that you and your parents grew up with. Even the Koreans offer a big 5.0-liter V-8 in a four-door sedan. The options are endless.

So today we ask you, what is your favorite high-horsepower, low-dollar car? Tweet us your response and make sure to include the hashtag #GlobalWarmingFTW -- and you'll join the chorus right here via CoverItLive.
