Cue up the Neil Diamond because the Scion iQ is finally coming to America. Arriving on the West Coast in October, the miniature Scion is set to do battle with the new Fiat 500, Ford Fiesta, and other subcompacts.
The Scion line-up currently consists of three compact vehicles with the iQ making up the fourth vehicle as a subcompact. Can Scion increase its market share, and appeal to its target demographic with these vehicles?
Priced at $15,995, the iQ is smack dab in the middle of the subcompact class. While cheaper than the fun-to-drive Ford Fiesta hatchback, it is more expensive than the Smart ForTwo. The new Fiat 500 is nearly the same price as the iQ while having more power and features.
Today we ask you, is the iQ what Scion needs? Tweet us your response and make sure to include the hashtag #ScionIQ -- and you'll join the chorus right here via CoverItLive.
