2011 Hyundai Equus Gets Its Owners Manual All Up In Your iPad

December 14, 2010

Hyundai announced back in February that each Equus would come with an iPad as the owners manual. Well actually, they said a tablet, at the time they didn't confirm or deny it was an iPad. Later, they disclosed it was indeed going to be an iPad that came with the Equus.

Hyundai today released the application that will put that iPad to use as the owner's manual. Though not just an owners manual, you will also schedule your maintenance using the specified app. Other features of the application include photo and video galleries, ability to locate the nearest dealership along with links to Hyundai's website, you know, in case you want to buy the nanny a Sonata to drive the kids around in.

While the application will come on the iPad that each Equus buyer receives, you can also download the application from the iTunes app store to any iPad you may own. You may, however, run into an issue when trying to schedule your service appointment for your Nissan Murano. Though intended for owners, you can use the application to simply learn more about the car, or you could just gawk at the pretty pictures.

The application is available for free, now, in the iTunes App Store.
