The Losers

Toyota Prius: Recalls dropped the Prius down to average reliability.

Chrysler: Some 12 Chrysler vehicles rated below average in reliability.

Nissan Titan and Cube: After improving to average reliability, Nissan's full-size truck dipped back to below average. The Cube starts off life below average.

Subaru WRX: Unlike its Subie kin, the hot WRX gets below-average reliability scores.

Audi, BMW and Mercedes Benz: CR says these brands have some of the least dependable vehicles on the market. Today's big BMW recall didn't help; the Benz GLK dragged down that brand's scores, as did the E-Class Coupe. Almost every Audi ranked below average.

Audi A6 3.0T and Jaguar XF: These sedans have the lowest predicted reliability of all vehicles rated by CR.
