Customized Ford F-150 Fleet Headed To SEMA

October 26, 2010
This year’s SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show is just around the corner and once again the major U.S. automakers are pulling out all the stops, with customized vehicles from across their respective fleets headed to the show stands in Las Vegas for the annual event.

Ford’s F-150 and Super Duty pickups will be one of the star attractions on the Blue Oval’s stands, with no less than seven different variations planned. This is no mean feat but the Ford F-Series, after all, is the best-selling line of trucks in the marketplace for 33 years running and the most customized trucks in the $31.85 billion aftermarket industry.

Themes this year will include a motocross concept, a Pro Football Hall of Fame-dedicated truck and a race car support truck.

The pickup trucks will take to the Ford stand along with customized versions of the new Ford Explorer, Taurus SHO, Edge and Fusion Sport, as well as the all-new Lincoln MKX, which you can read about by clicking here.

This year’s SEMA kicks off on November 2. In the meantime, hit the following page to get a more detailed description of each of the pickups Ford will be showcasing at the Las Vegas event.
