The Juke may be getting all the press, but that doesn't mean the larger Rogue crossover isn't getting some corporate attention. For 2011, it's getting an exterior facelift, an upgraded interior, and better fuel economy. The Rogue is not getting a major price increase, however.
For 2011 the base price is $20,810, which is an increase of only $350 from 2010. As before, there will be two trim levels, S and SV, and there will be a S Krom Edition. A single engine--a 170 horsepower, 2.5-liter four-cylinder--will power both trim levels, and the Rogue will be available with both front-wheel and all-wheel drive.
All Rogues have a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), and fuel economy has increased to 22/28 mpg for front-wheel drive models, and 22/26 for all-wheel drive.
Other changes include a new front fascia and grille, chrome door accents, chrome door molding, and new front and rear spoilers. There are also other added chrome details. The Krom Edition gets unique 18-inch wheels, a special grille and bumper with fog lamps, a sport-tuned exhaust that exits in the center, and other tweaks.
