It's Friday, and like most of you, we're avoiding work. We've turned to YouTube for guidance.
YouTube is a wonderful place. It lets you keep up with friends. It lets you relive childhood memories and traumas. It makes you feel vastly smarter than 99% of the world (or at least that portion of the world with YouTube accounts). It can also be pretty effin' funny.
Our current fascination: this faux-mercial for Turbo Heather and Turbo Heather Extreme, which are essentially creepy 70s-looking dolls bolted to the backs of remote-controlled cars. And the voiceover is almost as hilarious as the video footage: "Radio controlled Southern belles are loose, and the RC world will never be the same!" Even better, the developers have given the Heathers a new friend: "Now in a cool
Russian blushing bride drifter!"
If only these were real, we'd be counting the days 'till December.
