If you own a 2006-2008 Lexus GS350 nee GS300, Lexus IS250/IS350, or Lexus LS460/460L, please check with Lexus to see if your car qualifies for an important recall. In addition, Lexus will be sending you mail notifying you if you have an affected vehicle.

Lexus found that fuel delivery pipes on affected vehicles cannot withstand l0w-moisture ethanol found in some gasoline/ethanol blends, causing corrosion inside the pipes and leading ultimately to pinhole leaks. Fuel delivery pipes will be replaced free of charge by Lexus dealers.

  1. "Dang"

Toyota/Lexus really have been getting a lot of recalls these past few years. No wonder Consumer Reports took them off their "automatically qualify" list ... leaving just Honda/Acura & Subaru as their trusted brands.
