Look, we know Detroit isn’t L.A. But is that any excuse to ditch your pants and drive through the local bank window? It is if you’re Joe Cullen, an assistant coach with the any-news-story-will-do Detroit Lions. Cullen, a Dearborner, was pulled over on August 24 and was ticketed for suspicion of indecent exposure and obscene conduct. Then last Friday, Cullen got the attention of the cops again, this time for driving with 0.12 percent alcohol levels in his blood. Cullen apologized publicly for the outings and has taken the predictable rehab route instead of totally owning and celebrating his behavior like John Daly would do. Cullen left his last employ at the University of Mississippi for alcohol-related reasons.
