2008 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS STYLING | [4 out of 10] Edmunds: "When is a car retro without trying to be retro? When it's the 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis" Motor Trend: "You won't find modern styling trends such as crisp lines" ConsumerGuide: "Climate and audio systems are a bit far from the driver" Slow and steady may win the race in some arenas, but certainly not when it comes to automotive styling. Both the interior and exterior of the 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis look like they could easily have been penned decades ago. The exterior styling of the 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis earns marks from reviewers only for its consistency and the fact that it must be working if it's still selling cars. Otherwise, reviews read by TheCarConnection.com deride what Edmunds calls the "1970s-era" styling of the Mercury Grand Marquis.
