    I purchased a 2000 Buick Park Ave Ultra w/73000 miles in Mar 09. I have driven locally 4 tanks of gas and only get 13 mpg! What is wrong ? What should I expect in town, Kingman, Az? I will sell it. I want 21 mpg+ gas mileage in town.

    Why doesn't my 2000 Buick Park Ave Ulta 73k miles get 18mpg in town, Kingman, AZ. It gets 13mpg in 4 tanks of gas since purchase 3/09. It is in excellant condition. What does it take to get EPA?
