Aztek

Pontiac 's less formal and more-angular-looking (some might say downright unattractive) version of the Buick Rendezvous SUV continues unchanged for 2005. A 185-horsepower, 3.4-liter V-6 engine and four-speed-automatic transmission comprise the only available powertrain. All-wheel-drive is optional for enhanced foul-weather traction and light-duty off-roading, and also adds standard four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes and front-side airbags. Among the vehicle's myriad options are traction control, a back-seat DVD entertainment system, a driver's head-up display, heated seats, and a tire-pressure monitor. A Rally Appearance option group includes a lowered front suspension, aluminum 17-inch wheels and a body-colored grille.

A jaw-dropper, but no beauty.
