Backed by a charming chorus of kids dressed up as doctors, scientists, and airbags-yes, airbags-the new Hyundai Entourage minivan bowed at the 2006 Chicago auto show, positioned as a serious threat to the Honda Odyssey. To that goal, the Entourage comes with a raft of standard gear and safety equipment, including a 242-hp 3.8-liter V-6 engine, a five-speed automatic transmission, front and side curtain airbags, and stability control, along with cruise control, a CD player and three-zone climate control. The base price of the Entourage GLS of $23,795 also includes a third-row, 60/40 split, flip-fold Hideaway seat. Hyundai promises more interior space than the Odyssey, as well as five-star performance in the NHTSA's front and side crash tests. SE models add on power sliding side doors and a power driver seat, while the Limited model adds on a power tailgate and leather seats. A DVD entertainment system and Infinity sound systems are available.

We have an 2007 Entourage and wish we could get rid of it, the A/C clunks when you first start the engine, something a $28,000.00 new van should not do. After replacing the A/C twice, Hyundai finally said that was normal in all Entourage's, so live with it, and we found that when the Rep from Hyundai in California makes a decision, you have no recourse or follow up in the company to complain to. Great company policy, if I were to lose my job, they would take it back, but have a serious problem with their product and it's tough SH-T! I have a 2006 KIA(sister company) Sorento with 17,000 more miles on it then the Entourage, and the KIA rides, drives and sounds better then the Hyundai, oh did I mention the Entourage sounds like an old tank while driving at slow speeds when first driven, sqeaking and creaking until I quess everything gets itself lubricated. So if your thinking of buying a Hyundai, and you ever need to get rid of it because it's junk, hope ya lose your job, and that's sad.
