The Durango SUV gets restyled for 2007, with updated front and rear end treatments, new-design rearview mirrors, body-side moldings and updated interior with optional quad bucket seats (rear seats are heated when heated front seats are ordered) available on SLT and Limited models, standard 115-volt power inverter on models equipped with rear air conditioning, a new electronic vehicle information center for the overhead console, E85/flex-fuel capability for the optional 4.7-liter, 235-horsepower V-8, standard tire pressure monitor and newly available 20-inch wheels for both SLT and Limited trim levels. Side-impact airbags are now standard and Ultrasonic rear park assist is standard on Limited and optionally available on SLT. The standard engine remains the 210-horsepower, 3.7-liter V-6. The 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 returns as the Durango’s top powerplant, offering 330 horsepower and 375 lb-ft of torque. The HEMI engine is mated to a five-speed automatic transmission and is available on the 2007 Dodge Durango SLT, Adventurer, and Limited models. The Durango offers third-row seating, 102.4 cubic feet of cargo volume, and a max tow rating of 8950 pounds.
