A newly available monochromatic Bright Silver Metallic paint scheme brings the Crossfire into 2007, along with knee airbags for both driver and passenger. A high-performance SRT6 version of this Mercedes SLK-based coupe and convertible offers a 330-horsepower supercharged engine, along with brake and suspension upgrades and other added features that include an active, speed-sensitive rear spoiler. Base and Limited models continue to come powered by a 215-horsepower, 3.2-liter V-6 that comes mated to either a standard six-speed manual gearbox or available five-speed automatic with manual-shift abilities. The Crossfire’s muscular exterior styling is complemented by a twin-cockpit interior that’s finished in metallic accents and houses amenities like dual-zone air conditioning and power locks, windows and mirrors. All-speed traction control with stability control are both standard. Available options include a navigation system and two-tone heated leather power seats.
