Choosing competitors for the Juke is more psychology than marketing.
We think the Suzuki SX4 is close in size and mission, and the small and cheerful all-wheel-drive SX4 is reasonably capable--but it's also old, noisy, and not very well equipped.
The Honda Fit is way more flexible than the Juke, but it doesn't offer all-wheel drive and it doesn't have anything like the Juke’s street presence.
The Mazda3 handles very well, and has more practical packaging, but no all-wheel drive.
We'd say the Kia Soul captures some of the Juke's funky spirit without its objectionable weirdness, but the Soul isn't as grippy or as zippy as the Juke, though it's far more spacious and comfortable and even better equipped.
