  • Gas versions' gas mileage
  • More all-weather than off-road
  • Kludgy COMAND system

Likes:

  • Instantly recognizable
  • Plush, comfortable interior
  • Brawny powertrain
  • Handles better than other big SUVs
  • Hybrid model's excellent mpg

Dislikes:

  • Third-row seat doesn't fold easily
  • Embarrassingly low mpg (all but Hybrid)
  • No fancy infotainment here
  • Interior style doesn't match other Cadillacs
