    I do believe you are in error when comparing the Taurus to Altimas, Malibus and other such midsize cars; the Taurus left that field with the introduction of the former 500. The Fusion is Ford's midsize juggernaut

    Like the new look but 2009 works better for me. Access in/out is much better for 6'-4"+ in 2009 and cabin does appear bigger and more open. I like the high roof and elevated seats in the 2009 though styling is old....like me. Guess the only way to get room again next time around will be SUV or truck.
