Bottomline The Caliber has a very practical layout and quite a few innovative features to get excited about, but it's lacking in driving enjoyment or refinement--even compared to its low-priced competition. The 2008 Suzuki Forenza still offers a lot of features for the money, but its older design lags in performance, refinement, and safety.

  • Engine noise with CVT automatic

  • Long standard feature list
  • Spacious interior
  • Available Bluetooth on such an inexpensive car

  • Dated design
  • Uninspiring handling
