| Bottomline | If you’re shopping for a practical family hauler, the Chrysler Town & Country needs to be on your “must drive” list if only for the features it offers. | The 2009 Volkswagen Routan has the bonuses of Chrysler’s segment-defining minivans with a touch of German flair, but a modern-day VW Bus it’s not. |

I think if you drove each minivan for 8 hours straight you would pick-up on a subtle but extreme difference. The Honda becomes annoyingly noisy and unbearible giggly/stiff/uncomfortable on a long ride. For some reason this isn't noticeable after 8 hours at 70MPH in a Toyota, Chrysler or Dodge. This niggeling little deficency in the Oddesy will drive it's owner nuts if you take it on family vacations, or are on the road a lot for business. The VW & Dodge (when ordered with stiffer handeling suspension) are a bit too stiff also; but they don't seem to drive you so uncomfortably insane like the Honda, and there's no droning background noise like in the Honda.
