Bottomline Sporty SS aside, the 2008 Chevrolet Impala is a practical—but not exciting—choice if you’re on a tight budget and need a sedan with a lot of space. The 2008 Dodge Charger sedan has plenty of practicality and character--and thirst, with the big HEMI engines.
