Bottomline The 2010 Chevrolet Equinox is all about evolution—and the most striking changes are almost invisible, except at the gas pump. Though it looks decidedly old-school, the Ford Escape is a solid and stylish five-passenger, compact SUV that has been kept up-to-date.

  • Still not very refined
