Bottomline The price is right for the 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt, yet most of its competitors offer a better overall value. As good as 2008 Hyundai Tiburon is, its resale value is hurt by the poor quality of earlier models. It's important that you anticipate steep depreciation before committing. The 2009 Scion tC is more sophisticated and feature-rich than its price tag would otherwise indicate.
