Buy those state socialist Japanese vehicles with all the government aid they get. Japan has the highest debt per capita in the world from subidizing their manufacturers. The American carmakers have to pay for their employees healthcare while JapanInc has socialized healthcare. The Chinese, Japanese and Koreans laugh at unpatriotic ideologues like you who love utopian pie in the sky free markets more than your country.

It's true, that recall was a bogus claim where the federal government (again) exceeded it's power and bowed to emotion, possible greed while not exercising common sense and ignoring the facts. Too bad Chrysler, still under the watchful eye of the federal government, had to eat this loss so the paper pushers in Washington DC could look good and flex their clout. Bad stuff.

Hope Chrysler and Dodge minivans are better than the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan I owned which had three major problems in a year's span. I traded it for a 2009 Sienna, which hasn't had any problems.

The 05 and current generation Minivans are in no way comparable to each other. HUGE difference.
