Whoa! Wait a minute! You mean there's a Chance that GM would actually listen to us consumers?? Nonsense! That's just Not the culture at GM. Don't hold your breath! GM is gonna build another 4 door sedan that it thinks is good for America. You remember... What's Good For GM Is Good For America. Go Drive A Ford!

The front grill should resemble the 2014 Cadillac CTS. Body should look like the Opel Cascada. In the existing concept form won't do well on the market when customers can get a used Mustang, BMW or Boxster for the same price. It should have a small turbo v6 with optional automatic transmission. Making it this way will get rave reviews from the public. Make it any other way, it'll sit on dealer lots for years until the price drops. You might sell a few.

"If GM Builds An Affordable RWD Chevrolet, How Should It Look?" With somewhat modified styling as the Hyundai Genesis Coupe this Chevy would do quite well. Of course, the price would have to be very competetive.

Who cares! When you are playing with no money, just keep importing rebadged crap. No choice.

I want a rear-wheel drive Holden Sportwagon with the Duramax V8 and a six or seven speed manual transmission. That is what it should look like, and it would fall into "completely-out-of-the-box" category.

Wasn't this tried with the Dodge Magnum, which did not sell?

Perhaps the best bet for Chevrolet would be to build and sell something akin to the Nomad 2-door sportwagon/shooting brake concept car from the 2004 Detroit Auto show. This was built on the defunct Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky Kappa platform, so it might have to be scaled up a bit for the new RWD platform.

My thoughts exactly. A modern Nomad would be unique, sporty, and a great car.
