Any Engineer will know that Murphy's Law is always happening...so be prepared to prevent it.
Sounds like a design problem..back to the drawing board for GM.

"GM advises that continuing to drive a manual transmission Cruze with a completely worn clutch may cause transmission fluid to be expelled from the clutch-housing vent hole".

Yikes........if someone wears out a clutch in such a short period of time then maybe they should be driving an automatic instead or first learn how to drive a manual transmission :-)
PS "I like manual transmissions better than automatics because I like to drive rather than be driven"

Matt-Don't know about you, but I learned how to drive a stick shift first, long before I got my first car with an automatic tranny. As to which I prefer? It depends on the car. One thing about learning to drive a manual is that it's something you never forget. Thanks for the comment. Note that these two GM recalls are now NHTSA official safety recalls.
