Just about everything makes sense, but I have reservations about the mid-size Dodge product. I think those shoping a minivan will have no problem with a single choice. The Chrysler/Dodge minivan customer base is large and loyal and consentrating efforts and finances on one quality product instead of creating brand differences makes sense.
The problem as I perseve it is with the mid-size offering. Replace a van and sedan with a crossover. Isn't that exactly what was done with the Neon with the Caliber? The Caliber marriage of crossover/sedan just didn't work for enough customers. I think the guys who sold Caliber are still scoring points. The Challenger may fit the midsize need,if made a little smaller and lighter BUT it MUST remain RWD.
