    I think the collision avoidence system is great and is proved to signidicantly lower accidents. Now for the big question, if this proven system is installed in a vehicle will that vehicle have lower insurance premiums than a similar vehicle without it ????
    I would bet the answer would be "NO" or if they were lower premiums they would only be a very small amount.

    OK.....let's go a little "old school" here.....safe following distances.....being alert of what's happening 6-8 cars ahead, road conditions.....Turn off the damn phone ( it can ALL wait, put down the drink and sandwich,...maybe buy a 6 speed, open the sunroof, find a great playlist and do some spirited mind clearing driving !!! This is just going to make the driver more apt to get MORE distracted and put FAITH in a safety system....safer driver, not safer cars!! just my view at the moment.>:)
