    Chrysler is not pursuing the injunction. Eminem is.

    It appears the Chrysler 200 blatantly copies the Audi styling. So, it seems relatively insignificant if the Audi ad resembles Chrysler's.

    Some similarities, yes. There is NO brand identity confusion. The injunction against Audi was filed in Germany...do anyone really believ that will be upheld? How many Chryslers are sold anually in Germany? How would any court measure potential damages? If Audi is successfully accused of being a "copycat" this ad elevates Chrysler's image as a premium luxury car player. Chrysler should thank Audi, not slap an injunction.
