    I would like to know the breakdown of customer pay vs warranty work at the dealerships. Also,consumers of premium vehicles like Acura, Mini,Lincoln & Buick A)probably have more financial resources to properly maintain their vehicles B)appreciate the need for proper maintenance and act accordingly C) a better maintained vehicle will provide greater reliabilty and thus a higher degree of overall satisfaction.
    Additionally, you will find that OEM build quality as ranked by JD Powers provides a direct correlation to most or least satisfied customers. Chrysler, VW & Land Rover products consistently have a history of being at the bottom of the quality rankings for number of "things gone wrong" per 100 than the other premium brands listed.

    The Audi/VW dealer in downtown Chicago is notorious for over charging and breaking additional things when you take your car in for simple maintenance. They have a terrible reputation.
