Absolutely they need to add a wagon to the lineup. I have never owned a minivan and never will. I used to have a Buick Century wagon and I loved the flexibility it gave me to pick up materials but still behave like a car. I have a 2011 Impala which I like a great deal but if there was a Malibu wagon at the dealer I would be very interested in a trade in!

Good fit for Chevy brand. Disconnect for Buick.

@Blake - Seems only logical that Chevy might want to capitalize on the ready market out there for an affordable, great-looking wagon that's fuel-efficient, roomy and has enough oomph to get where it needs to go. Let's hope Chevy goes for it. Thanks for the comment.

A New Malibu wagon would be a perfect fit for our family. We are in the market for a family car and there's few options when it comes to wagons and none of them look that great. The Malibu looks great compared with the foreign brands and a wagon variant along the current lines would bring buyers for sure to GM.
An LTZ wagon with the 3.6l is on the wish list.
