    I'm a car guy (I think) who currently drives a Cayman S (6spd, Fabspeed exhaust) and a Ford truck. I also owned a New Beetle TDI in '98 (had a '63, too and a a Type III Fastback). The ad is ok for a start. When they get serious, keep the music and make it a black Baja charging over the desert! I do think it looks like it could be a neat car to have, particularly if gas prices stay high. A competitor for the Mini? Maybe, just maybe. Certainly with the 2.0 turbo it could be ahead of the Civic Si on the performance end and with a TDI, a strong hybrid competitor. Here's hoping!
