    Thanks for posting an informative article that reinforces the necessity of being open with customers. All of our automotive clients make a point of letting customers know that they offer hassle-free shopping, and disclose pricing upfront, so customers feel secure in their purchases. If dealerships are unwilling to be frank about their practices, it is perfectly understandable that some potential clients will look elsewhere.

    Priceing is only one component. Trade financing and terms all make a diffence. Merely posting sale prices really tells the consumer nothing.
    Now give me my four square sheet and let me and the dealership make some money.
