I feel her pain just went through the same process having recently bought a CPO Ford Mustang. Only one key with a defective fob and no onwer's manual. Extra key cost me $113.00, fob $20.00 on Amazon and $133.00 to pair the new fob with the one given by the deal. $266.00 all together.

I just bought a car from Hertz Used Car Sales, 2011 Toyota Camry LE. I thought I was going to receive 2 keys. I didn't. They said I misread their write up. Their written advertisement was "One Key/Keyfob Available." I thought it meant 1 key and 1 keyfob. The Hertz Rep suggested I go to Lowe's a purchase a second key. I'm really disappointed with Hertz.
