I cringe when the dealer tackles the wiring in my vehicle.
Do I want them to work on 'house wiring'?
Best Buy are probably better equipted.

    1. price?
    2. battery warranty/replacement cost?
    3. how was Honda able to keep the cargo floor flat in the electric Fit?
    otherwise looks GREAT!

Why would anyone need a so called geek to plug-in a standard dryer plug? Surely these home chargers aren't as complicated as their MyTouch systems. Ford ought to be putting one in the trunk of every Focus Electric they sell, with instructions to enlist the services of a qualified electrician. If EV sales take off, there will be plenty of other choices for J1772 standard chargers. A single source Ford branded one will just loose out to those available from the likes of Sears or Amazon.com.

Well, that will shoot any possibility that I will buy a Focus Electric. I won't buy anything from Best"if you have a problem with your purchase don't bring it back to us", Buy! Ford should have taken a survey of those with problems with Best Buy and their return policies.

this will be a disaster!! 95 buck and 2 weeks just to look at a laptop.I can only imagine the service time and price on something this big. (I know it is not about the car)

220 volt connection should require a permit. I did not know Best Buy to have electicians. It sounds like all the details may not be worked out. It really doesn't sound like this should be handled by them . Local electricians should handle this not teens in blue shirts.
