To a degree I agree with this. Once I had an enraged driver follow me for 20min, I called the local police since he was making and saying threats. Then I drove him right to the police station, needless to say cops were waiting. =)In any situation I think it's just important to keep your cool, and never make a left turn and always be ready to make a right turn....

Guns are the last thing to start blaming here. If the killer didn't have a gun, it would have been his car, or a knife or a bat or any number of things. Restrictive gun laws don't disarm criminals, they ONLY disarm law abiding citizens. Any man who is going to commit a crime with a gun is not going to be deterred by a law or a sign prohibiting firearm possession. The only way to stop gun crimes is to arm more citizens to make criminals think twice before using their weapon to begin with. An armed society is a
    polite society.

    "Do not engage the bully."
I disagree. We should just people who do something illegal or impolite or improper get away with it? Ignore them and not minimally hold them accountable for their actions? No.
That's why society has so many issues because people who act improperly are NOT called out NOR held accountable for their actions.
I agree with keeping a safe distance from the person AFTER you have let them know (however so chosen) that they acted improperly.
But just sit their and take it? No way. What kind of advice is that.

Well also consider if the VICTUM had a gun it might have ended very differently. The raging nitwit may have "snapped" out of his rage at the sight of a gun barrel pointed back at him.
Rule #1 in a road rage situation. NEVER get out of your car. EVER
Rule #2 if you can not FLEE and the other party gets out of the car aggressively. RUN THEM OVER. if you can not flee and they are out of their car in a menacing manner THEY MEAN TO DO YOU HARM. Treat them accordingly.
Rule #3 if the rage has not gotten to the point of violence one way to kill road rage instantly is to whip out a camera. I have a 100% success ratio with the camera. They "snap out of it" the moment they see the camera (no cell phone's don't work).

Um, the "bully" here is in fact a murderer.
    This person belongs in prison.
