    Would be nice if this were a checklist or a decision tree or something. Right now it's hard to follow and it poses a whole bunch of questions without really answering many of them.

    I don't travel a ton, but when I do, it's normally to another state. I've had AAA for several years and have used roadside assistance on a few occasions. It's worth it if you ask me.

    Isn't this all about risk, and weighing the worst-case scenario and its likelihood against the cost of roadside assistance? Seems worth it in most cases to me.

    I've never had roadside assistance but this sounds pretty good.

    Nice tips. It is a tough choice, when I had road side assistance I never got to use it. But when I got rid of the assistance, I was in a situation where I could have used it.

    When I consider the price compared to the number of times I drive, it is definitely worth it! When people need help, they need help. I have used AAA for years as did my parents and they are the best.
