I bought new Intrepid in 1994. At 15000 miles the engine blew. My daughter bought new Stratus in 2003. So many problems that she traded on GM product at 7000 mi. I bought used Dodge Ram 1500 pickup 4 mo ago and have replaced broken rear spring and am told now that the struts are completely worn out. $1000 in repairs. I am told that I must pay not Dodge. I can not afford any other Chrysler products!

I just bought a used 2005 Jeep from my local Chrysler dealer. My son had a problem with the key fob while out of state. The local Chrysler dealer charged for a replacement. I took the bill to my dealer, and to my shock, he wrote a check on the spot to cover my cost for a new key. Maybe Chrysler is heading in the right direction. I know I'll be back in the summer for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of this pleasent surprise.
