    I for one would welcome a return of Renault, but I must disagree with using Dacia as a spearhead - that has even lower brand recognition in NA, and it'll be dueling with Kia/Hyundai + The Big 3 (not to mention Nissan itself) for the low-end scraps, James "whoa a Dacia Sandero!" May jokes notwithstanding.
    Better to bring the full-monty Renault, along with its even hairyier-chested Renaultsport, and give us a stylish and fun (not to mention fuel-sipping) alternative to the usual mid-range snooze-inducing land barges littering North American streets.
    Renaultsport Clio & Twingo anyone? How 'bout an Espace?

    I find it amusing that New Zealand is a tiny country but their auto market has more choice than we do. The French keep saying how their quality has improved--let's see if there is demand for their designs.
