  • foobulous Posted: 9/2/2009 1:26am PDT

I wonder what's the favorite car for robbers. Not sure the Aveo would be a first choice!

  • Viknesh Posted: 9/1/2009 7:57pm PDT

I didn't realize the guy in the pic was actually wearing a wig until I read the article.

car sounds very solid. robbers appear to be knobs. hopefully they can be "rehabilitated" in prison.

Robbery rule #1: You're there to TAKE things, not leave them.

  • bengt avatar Bengt Posted: 9/1/2009 3:35pm PDT

"So Marvin, why the wigs? And why did you just toss the Aveo keys in the safe?"
    "Exactly..."

  • sid avatar Siddharth Posted: 9/1/2009 3:34pm PDT

This is why you should have a car with keyless entry when you rob banks!

  • Rob Ber Posted: 9/1/2009 3:23pm PDT

    Amateurs. But very funny.

Seeing the photo, I think the moral of the story is from the Paris Hilton school of mug shots: get your hair did before you go rob a bank. He's somewhere between Pippi Longstocking and Sideshow Bob.

Moral of the story: An Aveo could have outrun the cops, shouldn't have left the keys in the bank.
