    "Nice"

    Jon M,
This JGC was engineered by Chrysler and not Daimler. I know this because I was one of the engineers working on this vehicle. I designed some of the parts and package the hidden cargo and spare tire.

    "Old School?"

Old school? look at the new V6, that is a clean sheet design done in house here in America. And it promises Honda like smoothness and reliability. The V6 from what I hear will also have direct injection etc. And yes most of the engineering was done in house by Chrysler. This will be a giant leap for them. Just wait for the new 300!

    "Yes, But..."

It's still based on engineering from Mercedes. There is no engineering in Chrysler anymore. It's all old school.

    "Looks Great!"

This hopefully show the naysayers that Chrysler is viable and for real. This looks world class and I would love to see this Jeep is black. Now all chrysler needs is a small car with these good looks and quality. Look what they can do without Daimler!
