No, not China, Mexico, GM is shutting down it's Mexican Malibu and Cobalt assembly lines and shipping their parts to U.S. assembly lines to keep them running. It's all for show and shows how this is a coordinated union busting tactic between two different corporations and THAT should be illegal. AAM and GM are in bed together, believe it. Think what you want, but everybody out here wants the best for their families, that's why UAW/AAM had to strike.

No, sorry...the kind of coordinated blackmail that the unions are organizing here should be illegal. As soon as an American car company begins producing a model that might be slightly interesting to the American public...the unions strike.

I agree that American firms that move jobs overseas are slowly killing our economy, and they should not be rewarded for that behavior. But, the UAW has to look at what got them to this point: benefits received that far exceeded value produced. I sure would have liked to have received free healthcare for as long as the UAW had it!

cutting off your nose to spite your face. Brilliant strategy. If gm gets starved for all its hot product and collapses, then who pays the union salaries? Short sighted views will be the death of GM and the UAW.

I love the conspiracy theory!! LOL

UAW - Get drunk on the job, its ok, fall asleep at work, no worries...call your committee man, you'll keep your job. This is the way the Union is perceived, they outlived their usefulness by the 60's or 70's.
