    I certainly think you are correct in identifying currency manipulation as a major problem. However the Japanese aren't "manipulating" the Chinese are. Thae Japanese are merely "exploiting" our willingness to spend more than we make. In fact since their currency is allowed to float on the international currency market we must improve our own dollar and borrow less with no more deficit spending. This is a marked contrast to China which in fact does "manipulate" currency by setting a goverment standard for the exchange rate.
