The ML450 Hybrid, Mercedes says, will go on sale in 2009, and it will be the most fuel-efficient two-more gas-electric hybrid on the market anywhere. That’s a lot of caveats, but the ML Hybrid could get as much as 31 mpg in combined driving, if Benz estimates translate into real-world economy.
