where to get a good paintjob for vw?

i have a 99 VW JETTA newer model. its green and want to get it black. i have close to $1000. and in the next week will have 2 - 3 hundred more. i need a good paint job. i love my car too much for somebody just to slap on the paint

  • hello. I had a Jetta, early 90's vintage. It looked great, but also had a clear coat finish on it. I went to a place where I got a good paint job, but NO clear coat. be very careful, and ask specifically with your choice. good luck. Read More
  • Then you are gonna have to "hoof it" to body shops and ask what the cost will be. It will vary from shop to shop. Not cheap. Look at some of their finished work to get an idea of what they do.
